more than slammed with service requests primarily due to COVID rippling effects

of which continues to truly tax our resources . . . especially the resources

of our resources in-terms of the following:

a) reduced (lack-of) personnel due to illness or unemployment,

b) fear,

c) caring for loved-ones,

d) ancillary life tragedies,

e) time/schedule conflicts,

f) occupational hazards,

g) regulations, and

h) the list goes on-n-on, etc.Having said such, we appreciate your recognition of

1) this highly unusual phenomenon, and

2) the highly potential lengthy turnaround wait time for services based on this pandemic impact.
