I am proud to be the newest Broker in my family and to fully take over our family business. Having learned invaluable lessons from both my grandfather and my father, I carry forward a legacy that means a great deal to me. While Vince has now passed, I am honored to follow in his footsteps and continue growing the business he built. As a young man raised in this industry, I’ve always looked up to my grandfather and father, and it’s incredibly meaningful to now step into this role myself. I earned my degree in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon (Sco Ducks), which has helped prepare me for this next chapter. I am excited and grateful for the opportunity to lead our family’s real estate and property management business while continuing to grow both professionally and personally. Outside of real estate, I enjoy surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and golfing. I look forward to meeting you.

Continuing in the strong and prosperous footsteps of my father, Vince Putrino, I am proud to now see his legacy carried forward by his grandson, Dante Vincenzo Putrino. While the transition came with its fair share of spirited discussions, it has been incredibly rewarding to watch Dante step into his role with confidence and determination. He has taken charge of the many demands of property management with energy and professionalism, consistently performing at a high level. I couldn’t be more proud of the way he leads today. Our clients and tenants continue to benefit from his dedication and from being part of the ADvance INvestments family.
CallaBria Putrino
I am excited to work alongside my brother, Dante, and continue learning what it takes to run a successful real estate and property management business. With a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Western Illinois University, I bring a diverse background and a strong work ethic to this new chapter. While property management is a shift from my previous career in swine production, I welcome the challenge and am proud to be part of continuing my family’s legacy. Outside of work, you’ll often find me showing apartments with Dante or attending swine trade shows. In my free time, I enjoy watching classic films with my music-loving friends, going to country concerts, and exploring antique shops in new towns.
Cindy Putrino
As an integral part of the team, my primary focus is ensuring that everyone has the tools, resources, and support needed to provide exceptional service to our clients and tenants. I take pride in helping maintain a collaborative and efficient environment that allows our team to perform at its best. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new destinations, reading, and spending time tending to my garden.
Vince Putrino
At the age of 96, he remained deeply passionate about real estate investing, a dedication that extended beyond business and into the heart of his family. He took immense pride in mentoring his son, Dino, his grandson, Dante, and his granddaughter, CallaBria, as well as serving the valued clients who became part of his extended legacy.
As the founder of ADvance INvestments, his vision was clear from the very beginning: to share his wealth of knowledge with both his immediate and extended family, ensuring that opportunity, wisdom, and success would be passed down from generation to generation. He believed deeply in keeping wealth within the family and building something that would endure.
One of his greatest joys in later years was witnessing “our” business continue to grow, and especially watching his son and grandson work side-by-side, carrying forward his values while managing the day-to-day operations of ADvance INvestments.
His legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the business he built, and the generations he inspired.
