At age 95, I continue to be excited about real estate investing especially for my son Dino, grandson Dante, granddaughter CallaBria, and most importantly our valued clients. When I began ADvance INvestments, my number one (#1) goal was to share my wealth of investment knowledge with my immediate and extended family in efforts to share the wealth . . . keeping it in the family passing it down from generation to generation. While I watch “our” business continue to grow, I thoroughly enjoy watching my son and grandson work side-by-side managing the day-to-day growth of ADvance INvestments.

Following in the grand prosperous footsteps of my father, Vince Putrino, I am now a happy camper having the opportunity to hand-down his legacy to his grandson Dante Vincenzo Putrino. Despite butting heads daily with Dante during such transition, I am more than super proud of Dante and impressed with his ability to take charge of the abundant property management tasks with gusto. Dante is certainly at the top of his game consistently. Our clients and tenants will benefit greatly from being part of the ADvance INvestments family.

As a young man following in my grandpa and dad’s footsteps I am proud to be taking over the family business. I have a Business and Economics degree from the University of Oregon (Sco Ducks). I am excited and eager to be given the opportunity of joining my family’s real estate & property management business, while becoming far more well-rounded with life skills. When I am participating in non-real estate activities, I enjoy surfing, snowboarding, mountain bike riding, and golfing. I look forward to meeting you.

Cindy Putrino

As an integral part of the team, my foremost objective is to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional service to our esteemed clients and tenants. During my leisure hours, when I am not engrossed in work-related tasks and facilitating seamless coordination among the team, I take pleasure in traveling to new destinations, reading books, and nurturing my garden.

CallaBria Putrino

As the newest member of the team, I am excited to work alongside my brother Dante and learn what goes into running a successful Real Estate and Property Management business. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Cal Poly, SLO as well as an MBA from Western Illinois University. While property management differs from the swine production careers I have had in the past, I welcome the challenge and look forward to being a part of my family’s legacy. When I am not showing apartments with Dante or attending swine trade shows, I enjoy watching old movies with my musical loving friends, attending country concerts, and exploring antique shops in new towns.
